Net that Goal!

The city of Hialeah was buzzing with excitement as a brand-new mini-soccer pitch was unveiled at Bright Park. Mayor Esteban Bovo and other esteemed partners graced the event, which kicked off with a thrilling soccer match between playmakers and students from Flamingo Elementary.

This initiative, made possible through a partnership between The Children’s Trust, The U.S Soccer Foundation, and Griffin Catalyst, and FCC USA marking a significant step toward fostering youth empowerment and athletic excellence in our community.

The project, part of a larger endeavor to install 50 soccer mini-pitches across Miami dade county, aims to provide children with opportunities for physical activity, nutrition education, and mentorship. The Just Ball League, set to launch on these mini-pitches, will offer free and convenient soccer play options for kids right in their neighborhoods.

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting journey of empowerment and athleticism!
