Celebrating a Year of Growth and Success

Dear FCC Family,

As I look back on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible journey I've had as the Digital and Communications Director at FCC USA. It's been a year of growth, challenges, and remarkable achievements, all made possible by the amazing people I've had the privilege to work alongside.
From the very beginning, my goal has been to amplify voices and forge deeper connections through our digital platforms, while promoting soccer as a transformative tool for children and youth. It's been truly inspiring to witness the impact we've made together.

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to our CEO, Samuel Azout, who has been a constant source of motivation and support. His unwavering dedication to the team and his boundless energy have been truly inspiring. I've also had the privilege of learning from our Executive Director, Danielle Dubuc Wightman Dubuc, whose leadership and guidance have been invaluable.

Our team is filled with incredible mentors who have taught me so much along the way. From Coach Sebastian's off-field learnings to Juan Camilo Cifuentes Copaban multitasking skills and savvy tech knowledge, each member of our team brings something unique to the table. And let's not forget María Alejandra Sojo Molina, whose marketing strategies and sense of humor have made every day a little brighter.

But what truly sets FCC apart is the sense of camaraderie and humanity that permeates every part of our organization. I've always felt like a valued member of something greater than myself, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
I embarked on this journey because of my passion for making a difference, for promoting mental health, and for using soccer as a tool for positive change. Together, we've scored goals, faced challenges, and expanded the voice of FCC USA far and wide.
