Incredible FCC Summit 2023 – a journey of unity and growth.

This year's summit was a testament to the power of connection, as coaches from Panama, Colombia, Costa Rica, and the USA came together to share their experiences and learn from one another. We celebrated our diversity and discovered how our differences are our greatest strength.

For three remarkable days in the vibrant city of Santa Marta, football coaches from around the world gathered for the Inaugural FCC International Coaches Summit. This extraordinary event served as a platform for coaches to interact, learn from one another, and grow together as a global soccer community.

The summit was a space where coaches came together to share their experiences, insights, and innovative approaches to coaching. It wasn't just about refining skills or tactics; it was about embracing the diversity of opinions and gaining a deeper understanding of the beautiful game. Coaches from different backgrounds, cultures, and football traditions united in their love for the sport, creating an environment ripe for learning and collaboration.

Attendees engaged in vibrant discussions, explored various aspects of coaching, and delved into the nuances of the game. The exchange of ideas was both enriching and transformative, as coaches left the summit with a broader perspective and a treasure trove of new strategies and practices.

The Inaugural FCC International Coaches Summit was more than just a gathering; it was a testament to the power of unity and collaboration. Our panelists, including Daniela Maturana, Jorge Gamboa , Juan Pablo Sorin, and our Executive Director Danielle Dubuc, filled the summit with inspiration and wisdom. Special mention to our outstanding coaches Sebas and Inti, who represented us with pride. A huge shoutout to the entire FCC family – your dedication and passion are the driving force behind our success. These encounters remind us of the incredible strength that comes from being together, sharing a common goal, and thriving as one.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hotel Estelar for their exceptional hospitality, providing the perfect paradise for our gathering.
